Were Internet users won over by the Copenhagen Cowboy mini-series?
Surreal, strange, aesthetic, monumental, unique, captivating: the qualifiers are not lacking to describe Copenhagen Cowboy, the latest production by Nicolas Winding Refn. In short, if you like David Lynch universes, then go for it! If not, well try your luck anyway, you could be pleasantly surprised!

In the pure vein of #TheNeonDemonNWR made of #CopenhagenCowboy a UFO magnetic that often makes sense despite an ambivalent subtlety to the extremes. Between David Lynch and the wacky spirit of Hideo Kojima, impossible for me to pick up. #BalanceTonGrosPorc – on @NetflixFR. pic.twitter.com/pnJXYQISCy

For me Copenhagen Cowboy is obviously the cinematographic event of this beginning of the year not to be missed!
Refn offers truly hallucinatory visions in a universe so strange and unhealthy that the supernatural itself seems acquired and accepted for the characters. pic.twitter.com/uN2fh8Qp0u—Elric Marchal (@Elric_marchal) January 9, 2023

It’s hard to know if the end of Copenhagen Cowboy is a typical middle finger of its author or a wide open portal. But for the rest, it’s absolutely great pic.twitter.com/YZOWyaFmOB

#CopenhagenCowboy – Season 1
I liked the first two episodes, but the rest is complicated to watch, in addition to almost no pleasure, too bad. It’s too special, contemplative and slow for me. But nice to see that this kind of series can exist on Netflix. pic.twitter.com/KfBE9MvKYR
