But this time, the subject that holds the attention is a Live-Action movie which will soon be released in Japan.

New adventures in perspective for Rohan
It’s been just a few weeks since Stone Ocean, the sixth arc of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, came to the end of its animated adaptation. Still, the franchise is wasting no time getting back in the saddle with announcements around new projects. While the manga is still in progress with the advent of a ninth arc, spin-offs are also emerging.
One of the latest was “Thus Spoke Rohan Kishibe”. And according to the latest updates, the story of Rohan Kishibe will take a new step. The spin-off dedicated to this character who appeared for the very first time in the Diamond Is Unbreakable arc will soon receive a Live-Action film.

Just like Hirohiko Araki, the creator of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, Rohan Kishibe is a mangaka who made his very first appearance in the fourth arc of the JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure saga. Appearing at first glance as an antagonist, Rohan has been given a stand that has the ability to read the memories of a target like a book whose pages it leafs through.
In the spin-off entitled “Thus Spoke Rohan Kishibe”, the plots in which he is involved change a little and remain focused on stories related to the supernatural. Although we still know very little about the film, a release date has already been notified. The Live-Action film will be released on May 26 in Japan. As you can imagine, the agenda of Hirohiko Araki and his entire team must be very busy this year. At the very end of 2022, the Japanese artist announced that the ninth arc of his manga entitled JoJo Lands arrives on February 17, 2023. Suffice to say that its release is imminent. As for the anime adaptation of the Steel Ball Run and JoJolion arcs, nothing has been confirmed yet.
That said, it would be nice to clarify for all intents and purposes that these arcs following Stone Ocean take place in a parallel universe. Also, the Joestars as fans have always known them are no more. New protagonists who could be assimilated to their alter ego now occupy the center of attention. But instead of revealing everything to you on the spot, it is better than discovering it by reading the manga.
